Could they summon a Heroic Spirit?

Was it really that powerful?
Was it Oberon's own ability, or did it have something to do with the Land of Fairies itself?
People were intensely curious, eagerly awaiting the correct answer.
However, some sharp-eyed observers noticed that when Oberon spoke of the soil of the Land of Fairies, his words seemed to carry a deeper meaning.
What did that mean? Could there be something hidden within the soil of the Land of Fairies?

In the Light Screen footage, after giving it some thought, Cloud accepted Oberon's proposal. He, too, was curious about what Heroic Spirits and Servants were like.
Moreover, a voice within Cloud's heart seemed to be urging him to accept Oberon's proposal and summon a powerful Heroic Spirit.
What made Cloud feel strangely conflicted, however, was that the voice in his heart also seemed to be saying, It'd be nice if the summoned Heroic Spirit were a pretty girl.
Damn it, why did he have such a weird request? It wasn't like he was some horny bastard!
Or was this actually his true nature, merely suppressed because of his amnesia?
Cloud was utterly confused and unable to understand it.
Still, that did not prevent Cloud from focusing his mind and beginning the preparations to summon a Servant according to Oberon's instructions.
Oberon first led the two of them around the plains for a while until they reached a river. He then followed the river for some distance before finally stopping at a fork in the stream, declaring that this was where the leyline was strongest and thus the most suitable place to summon a Servant.
Incidentally, during their search, Oberon had sent out a giant white moth the size of a basketball
