We all came down with food poisoning—our family of three got hit together. We probably ate something bad last night. We've felt awful all day: diarrhea, nausea, feeling like throwing up, and even my head feels sick. I truly don't have the energy to write much. I originally wanted to tough it out and finish a chapter, but halfway through, I actually threw up.
Right now, my head is foggy and my whole body feels weak. I'm considering whether to go to the hospital emergency room or just lie down and sleep.
But my wife and child already took some medicine and went to bed early because they weren't feeling well. I'll probably have to sleep first too, then go to the hospital tomorrow morning.
