After Siegfried appeared in the Light Screen footage, he displayed strength comparable to an S-rank Valkyrie. Wielding the pistol form of An-Utu, he took down Honkai Beasts one shot at a time, effortlessly slaughtering the powerful creatures.
In terms of strength, he was somewhat stronger than the future S-rank Valkyrie Rita Rossweisse, but certainly not as strong as Durandal. Moreover, compared to equipment from over a decade later, his gear was quite outdated. He did not even have exclusive armor, relying entirely on his own power and weapons to fight.
At the very least, Siegfried and the other ordinary Valkyries of his era lacked the flight capability that every future Valkyrie possessed thanks to Valkyrie armor. They could only run on the ground with their own two legs or travel using vehicles.
Even if their mobility far surpassed that of ordinary people, they still could not compare to the future.
That was the gap in technology.
Then, through one careless mistake, Siegfried and the Valkyries traveling with him were surrounded by hundreds of Honkai Beasts. The situation briefly appeared exceedingly dangerous.
Otto's assessment of this was, "Siegfried Kaslana indeed possesses the strength of an S-rank Valkyrie, but he is someone who acts on impulse. He often does things without considering the consequences and is extremely reckless."
"In that regard, he is very much like my adorable granddaughter Theresa. Or rather, this is a trait shared by the Kaslana bloodline. Nearly every Kaslana is that kind of person."
"This is the mission engraved into the Kaslana Family's bloodline, as well as the 'savior' curse that belongs to the Kaslana Family."
Otto's narration carried a note of reflection, along with his definition of the Kaslana Family.
Siegfried and the other Kaslanas could understand that, but wasn't Theresa from the Apocalypse Family?
Oh,
