What happened to Emiya Shirou? Was it the wound inflicted by the Blue Lancer acting up?
Everyone was stunned, unable to understand what was going on.
In the Light Screen footage, Mordred froze for a moment before shouting, "Master, what's wrong?"
As she spoke, she warily glanced at the Blue Lancer again. This was no time to move carelessly, or she would be giving the enemy an opening.
The Blue Lancer merely chuckled, then suddenly leaped backward, landing directly on a wall over ten meters away.
Mordred glared viciously at the Blue Lancer. "What are you trying to do?"
The Blue Lancer relaxed completely, resting his red spear on his shoulder. "Isn't it obvious? I'm preparing to leave."
"Uh..." Mordred paused. By all appearances, her side was at a disadvantage right now, so why was he suddenly leaving?
Blue Lancer: "I still want to fight, and it's obviously a good opportunity for me right now. But, 'if I still can't kill the enemy after using my ultimate Noble Phantasm, retreat immediately'—that's what my Master ordered."
Mordred: "Huh?"
The Blue Lancer spread his hands helplessly. "As stated, my Master is actually a coward. As a Servant, there's nothing I can do about it. So, let's leave this battle for next time!"
Mordred immediately looked displeased. "After all that, you're just running away!"
Blue Lancer: "You're welcome to chase me, but my Noble Phantasm has the attribute of guaranteed hit—it is a causality-based Noble Phantasm. You only avoided its attack by borrowing the 'concealment' property of that helmet Noble Phantasm of yours."
"But only once. Now that I know of and have seen that Noble Phantasm, you won't be able to evade using that helmet again!"
"So if you want to keep fighting me, you'd better be prepared to die."
"And besides..."
