Though she felt like the standard type whose "pink exterior turned black when cut open," as a Herrscher who stood on humanity's side—and the only one at that—she counted as a "good person" to humanity, right?
"Wait, pink hair? And a Herrscher? Fujimaru Ritsuka already said this was a space belonging to Honkai, so when Black King Arthur said she saw a pink silhouette when she was created by Honkai... was she talking about this pink-haired woman?"
Someone cried out in surprise.
Then, the speculation quickly spread, sparking heated discussion.
After that, some people claimed Elysia definitely was not a good person. She was still connected to Honkai now, so she had surely returned to Honkai's side. As expected, that saccharine act of hers meant she was black-hearted beneath the pink.
However, that claim was quickly refuted. What Merlin had said when he vanished clearly showed that he wanted Elysia and Fujimaru Ritsuka to speak alone. If Elysia were a bad person, Merlin would never have acted that way.
Thus, that argument won the approval of many people.
Of course, the world never lacked conspiracy theorists and contrarians. Some pointed out that no one had ever said Merlin was necessarily a good person. Perhaps he had some scheme in mind and was planning to play the traitor to set Fujimaru Ritsuka up.
Other contrarians said Merlin might simply be a pure spectator who lived for entertainment. He wanted to watch the show, so he
