"Council Guards, escort these councilors to the rest area. His mental state is highly unstable. Find a medical officer for him immediately and give him a thorough examination..." Brady was furious, yet he wore an expression of concern on the surface.

The Toadfolk councilor was about to refuse to leave and continue berating Brady over the severe consequences of his earlier mishandling of the Zerg when a powerful psychic force suddenly shot out from a corner of the council chamber. Like a massive hammer, it crashed into his mind. The Toadfolk councilor swayed and fell to the floor.

At that moment, the Council Guards came to his side, lifted him up, and escorted him out of the council chamber. The psychic force had not been particularly concealed, and quite a few powerful councilors had sensed it. However, they chose to remain silent.

The Toadfolk councilor was willing to throw caution to the wind because his civilization was on the verge of destruction, but they could not do the same...

Brady cleared his throat. "Ahem. Now, let us turn to the main topic of this council session: war or peace? How do we fight? How do we make peace? Everyone is welcome to speak freely!"

As soon as Brady finished speaking, the council chamber erupted into murmurs. Although there were many councilors present, decisions of such importance regarding war and peace were generally made only by councilors from the Alvin Civilization and its subordinate Level Four civilizations. Everyone else's democracy was merely for show.

"General Brady, we would like to hear the Alvin military's opinion. After all, when it comes to the war against the Undead and contact with the Zerg, the Alvin Civilization has more right to speak!" a councilor loudly proposed.

The other civilizations immediately voiced their agreement.
