Ye Lei destroyed every escape pod. He worked himself to the bone, yet failed to find any trace of Brady. Just then, a fast ship shot out of a destroyer like lightning, speeding toward the depths of space. Ye Lei shouted in fury and commanded the army to give chase at full speed!
Brady's plan had succeeded, but he did not know whether this so-called success was worth celebrating. Other than the outcome, nothing that had happened had followed the military's planned course. In their estimation, for the Zerg to take down forty-two cruisers of a Level Four Civilization, they should have lost at least ten warships. Then he could have claimed that the Zerg were currently too powerful and needed to be avoided, leading the fleet in retreat and luring the Zerg into attacking. Along the way, they would use warships as bait, continuously abandoning ships for the Zerg to attack... But now, the Zerg fleet was indeed pursuing them. Yet aside from Cibule and the other two, there was not a single soldier left at his side, let alone a fleet! If this fast ship had not been equipped with advanced drive energy, without fleet support, the ship alone likely would not even have made it to the planned location.
One side fled while the other pursued. The fleeing side was terrified, afraid both of being caught and of moving too fast and causing the Zerg to stop chasing. The pursuers, meanwhile, were rather leisurely.
Time flew by, and this bizarre chase lasted a full three days!

In the southern part of the Alvin Direct-Controlled Star Region, the fast ship carrying Brady suddenly burst forward at a terrifying speed, vanishing from the Zerg's sight in the blink of an eye.
Immediately afterward, black knights racing
