The scene was brutal, yet clear.
Wu Heng's brow furrowed almost imperceptibly.
In his perception, Sam had been instantly enveloped by an extraordinarily peculiar, unclassifiable force, only for it to vanish again in an instant. Like the most skilled thief, it had left behind only the faintest aftershock of disturbed spacetime, making its origin and nature impossible to trace.
It had lasted too briefly. This force seemed to transcend conventional limits and had apparently drawn upon the rules of the world itself.
Sam broke free from the vision, cold sweat soaking his temples. Gasping, he looked at the other two, his eyes filled with fear and certainty. "It's Bart. Bart's next!"

"Go!" Dean started the car without hesitation.
The three of them did not go through the front door. Instead, relying on their skills, they silently made their way across the neighboring roofs toward Bart's house. But they were still one step too late.

Bart seemed to be craning his head out through that heavy, old wooden-framed window, looking outside with curiosity, as though something had drawn his attention.
Suddenly, the latch securing the window flew apart without warning. The entire heavy window dropped like the blade of a guillotine, plunging down with deadly weight.
Crack!
Before he could even let out a scream, Bart Modlin's head was instantly flattened and crushed, like a watermelon pulverized by an iron hammer. Red and white matter splattered across the nearby wall and ground.
His body split in two and collapsed limply.
There was no way an ordinary falling window could have caused that much force.
The scene was exactly the same as what Sam had seen, without the slightest discrepancy.
