Only two vampires standing at the edge, apparently somewhat stronger, seemed to resist for a moment. Yet invisible forces seized them by the throat, subduing them as easily as chicks. They collapsed to the ground, stripped of all ability to resist.
The entire process had been unimaginably fast and utterly silent. Not a single item in the warehouse had been damaged.
