Golza swatted the annoying little bug away with one slap, then paid it no further heed as it continued lifting its foot to stomp on the giant's head.

Yet at that moment, the enormous stone statue actually raised its arms. With both arms blocking, it instead sent the massive Golza tumbling directly to the ground.

As the statue moved, the rock covering its exterior shattered and peeled away, revealing a body of red, purple, and silver beneath.

Relying on the faint remnant of Tiga's original consciousness still lingering within, the giant, in his current weak body that was still in the process of awakening, had forcibly fought two against one—and ended with one dead and one fleeing.

The one that died was Melba, the aerial beast that had relied on its speed to harass Tiga from the air. The one that fled was Golza, which had wanted to escape ever since seeing Tiga revive. In the end, Golza had deceived the dim-witted monster Melba and used its death to buy itself the chance to burrow away.

It had to be said that Golza was truly fast at digging. The instant its entire body sank into the earth, it vanished without a trace, leaving Melba alone to endure Tiga's ultimate move.

Hit by the Runbalt Light Bullet, Melba only had time to let out an unwilling cry before dying beneath that powerful attack.
