Noisy, chaotic, and disorderly.

It was a complete mess, like a marketplace, with people packed together, bumping into one another.

And one patient seemed to have been cursed by magic, with his arms and legs switched around.

With every hiccup, multicolored bubbles floated out of his mouth. If Dewey had seen correctly, the bubbles turned into letters, which eventually formed a word above the man's head.

"Surprise."

There were countless patients this outrageous at St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. Several healers in green robes hurried past, too exhausted to even speak.

Nobody paid Dewey any attention, and he didn't make a fuss.

St Mungo's Hospital had no security cameras, but every painting could serve as a pair of eyes. Even amid the chaos below, those eyes could still pick out
