The purpose of the International Awakened Alliance conference held in Sang Country back then had been to address the reality of increasingly frequent anomalies by uniting the official forces of various nations and establishing an international joint organization to deal with outbreaks of large-scale anomalous infection together.

However, during that international exchange conference, the upper ranks of the Sang Country Curse Technique Office had practically been wiped out, while the actions of the New Continent Soul Suppression Bureau had led to a complete break with the Central Province Anomaly Bureau. In the end, the conference had ended on bad terms and come to nothing.

At the conference, the major nations had merely discussed and studied the relevant organizational framework. It could be said that it had been nothing more than a preliminary discussion on paper.

Recently, however, as the entire New Continent descended into chaos and even the New Continent Soul Suppression Bureau suffered a devastating blow—with rumors claiming that its upper ranks had been wiped out by suddenly appearing Old Gods—coupled with large-scale anomalous infections across Europa and other continents and countries, the official awakened organizations of various nations could no longer sit still.

Looking across the globe, only the region protected by the Central Province Anomaly Bureau remained relatively peaceful, without any severe large-scale anomalous infection incidents.

The official organizations of various countries had done plenty of analysis on the Central Province Anomaly Bureau. They had basically concluded that it could achieve this for two reasons: first, it had a large number of awakened individuals internally, and its overall system responded more quickly.

The second reason was that it had the Night Watcher holding the fort.

Or rather, the Night Watcher was the most crucial reason Central Province had remained intact to this day!

During this period, official
