Yuan Ge defeated Vice Hall Master Guan Yue in the War God Temple by using puppet copies of Guan Yue, Yue Zhengen, and Yun Ming to overwhelm him. After Guan Yue was left badly injured, Yuan Ge departed the temple.

• Guan Yue attacked Yuan Ge with his Yue Tian Spear, but Yuan Ge's Puppet Threads dismantled the spear radiance.
• Yuan Ge formed puppet copies of Guan Yue, Yue Zhengen, and Yun Ming, then had them attack Guan Yue together.

Gu Yue approached Li Chen in his bedroom and challenged him to acknowledge what she saw in his eyes. Na'er arrived and joined them, and the chapter ended with both women lying beside Li Chen for the night.
