This is Suifeng's second book, and its start is a little better than the last one's.
When the last book went VIP, it had just over 7,000 followers. It ended up with 500 first-day subscriptions.
This one has 8,700 followers as of today—not even 10,000.
Some old-timers said, "So it's flopped, then."
Uh, for an established author, I guess you could say that.
Especially since Suifeng is now a Level Four author. I can't be treated as a newcomer like last year.
Although I still think of myself as a newcomer.
But as long as there are readers following along and old-timers supporting me, Suifeng hasn't flopped!
When I first started writing, my goal was to write a novel that was decent enough to read and that I wouldn't abandon halfway through.
That was true of my first book, and it's just as true of this one!
For the sake of that original goal, I'll keep working hard. I'll never cut a book short, and I'll never abandon one!
