Amid clouds of dust.
Dawn had lost count of how many times they had collided, but he could feel the weakness in his opponent's fists.
Ordinarily, that should have been impossible. After all, Moria was currently using Shadow Garden, his strongest technique.
More importantly, Dawn had been confronting him head-on.
As a transmigrator, Dawn naturally knew Shadow Garden's weakness. As long as Moria's body took a massive blow, he would spit out some of the shadows, weakening his strength.
But Dawn did not do that. Instead, he chose to meet Moria's fists head-on, blow for blow.
Normally, such a strenuous and unrewarding method was not worthwhile. But if it allowed him to use the evolved Power Snatch, Dawn was more than willing to have such a target help him test his skill.
Ever since he had developed this ability, it had seemed rather mediocre. Besides needing to touch part of the opponent's body, it also stole too little of their stamina.
Other than on a battlefield, where he had to conserve every bit of stamina against a large number of enemies, Power Snatch seemed somewhat lackluster when facing opponents of the same level.
But now, Dawn's strength had transformed once again, and his abilities had improved further along with Ouroboros's evolution.
And Power Snatch had evolved once more!
Now, every collision between Dawn and Moria stole Moria's stamina and replenished Dawn's own. Though Dawn looked as if he should have been exhausted, the abilities he used had not consumed much stamina.
On the contrary, Moria's stamina was being drained at an accelerating rate. Dawn could already see that Moria could no longer maintain Shadow Garden. Shadows were spilling out of him.
"Don't go!! Don't go!!!" Moria frantically covered the shadows constantly slipping from his mouth.
Thanks to the shadows continuously
