Over the scarlet sea, the warship sailed steadily forward, though its course was somewhat winding.
That was hardly surprising. In the waters ahead, the corpse of a giant Sea King serpent as large as a building was gradually sinking beneath the waves, and they had to steer around it.
Some of its enormous scales and segments, being lighter, floated on the surface.
Though they had been inconspicuous parts of the serpent's body, after Dawn killed it and they shattered across the sea, they became massive obstacles that the ship had to avoid.
"Quick, haul it up! Meat! It's all meat!! Little Ouroboros, move it!"
On deck, Sola was clutching Ouroboros and shouting at him, telling him to help salvage the parts of the giant serpent that had yet to sink.
"I'm telling you, the master told me to help clear the way, not help you fish for meat!" Ouroboros roared as Sola shook him until he was dizzy.
"Forget that for now! Help me haul up some meat!"
Ouroboros groaned inwardly, silently complaining that Sola was becoming more and more like Luffy in his usual idiot mode.
