To be honest, this strategy was indeed a good one.
They could advance and retreat in an orderly manner, using large numbers of combatants to strike the enemy hard, weaken them, and swiftly withdraw from the battlefield at any time.
This would allow them to gain every advantage in local engagements while remaining vigilant against casualties caused by Big Mom's counterattacks.
And if Big Mom really went mad as Dawn had said and could no longer take the Marines into account, then this strategy could become a steady, step-by-step campaign in the middle and later stages, gradually weakening the enemy until their advantage became overwhelming.
But this was also an opportunity. As long as they completed this strategic deployment, wiping out Big Mom would be a certainty, and they would have a major advantage in troop numbers by then.
So, in the end, it was still a matter of time. They had to buy time for the main force to clear out most of the islands and let the Marines see hope of eliminating Big Mom.
With that in mind, Dawn had Ouroboros fly out to look for Kizaru. Before long, Kizaru arrived.
During his search for Kizaru, Ouroboros had also seen Fujitora and Snack standing together. But since the situation was completely one-sided, neither the man nor the snake had intervened and had come straight over instead.
"What happened?" Kizaru asked Dawn when he arrived. "Did Big Mom come back? That would be quite troublesome~"
He spoke in such cowardly tones, yet his irritating manner did not show the slightest hint of fear.
"It's not that. I have another assignment I'd like to trouble Admiral Kizaru with~ After all, only you can do it." Dawn had long grown used to Kizaru's sarcastic tone and paid it no mind.
