Though they did not know what method he had used or how he had made Kaido obey his commands, Neptune and Queen Otohime both had the same thought flash through their minds.
"Shirahoshi, King Neptune, are you all right?"
Just as Neptune and Queen Otohime were lost in shock, Garp hurried over, snapping them out of it.
"We... we're fine. Thankfully, Dawn helped bring Shirahoshi here," Queen Otohime said hurriedly.
"Old man, I'm leaving Shirahoshi's family under your protection for now. Once I find Vivi and her family, I'll meet up with you immediately and get out of Mary Geoise!"
Dawn looked at Garp. "Forget the Reverie. A Celestial Dragon is dead. Escort them straight back to Fish-Man Island."
"Ah, got it. You be careful too." Garp froze for a moment, then immediately understood Dawn's concern.
Even though Kaido had caused that man's death, it had all begun because he had wanted to capture Shirahoshi, a giant mermaid, as a slave.
And the way Celestial Dragons thought meant they would never listen to explanations or reason.
Their way of thinking was simple: it was only natural for them to seize slaves. If an accident happened in the process, it was the slave's fault. As creators, they could never be wrong.
And now that Celestial Dragon was dead, Shirahoshi and Fish-Man Island would definitely be implicated.
After their brief exchange, the two immediately began to move, but neither mentioned going forward to fight.
Garp already loathed the Celestial Dragons, and this one had even tried to take Shirahoshi, whom he was protecting. It was already merciful of him not to punch the man.
If Kaido had been massacring kings here, Garp would have intervened to keep the world from falling into chaos. But Kaido had
