Within the magnificent palace, a young figure ignored the old butler calling after him, his face filled with displeasure as he tried to escape the royal palace.
"No!! That old man took Mom and the others traveling again and dumped all this on me. That's too much!!"
The black-haired youth, whose hair carried a faint dark green tint beneath the sun, wore an indignant expression. "I'm already strong enough. I want to sail too, to adventure! To travel!"
"But Your Highness still needs to govern the country," Adolf said helplessly.
"Then why did that old man take my two younger sisters out to have fun?!" The youth was beside himself with rage. "Damn it! He'd been so strict with me all these years because this was his plan, wasn't it?!"
Ever since he had seen his father governing the country as a child and thought he looked cool, declaring that he wanted to become king when he grew up, his good days had come to an end. He had been coaxed into undergoing one round of rigorous study after another.
