Background / History

Xiao Bai first contacts Ye Bainian immediately after his transmigration to the Dragon Ball world. It identifies him as its host, explains that he has been reborn as King Vegeta's eldest son Leige, adjusts his starting combat power to 15,000, and grants him 1,000 gold coins, 20 Senzu Beans, access to the System Space, and access to the System Shop. 1
