Around Hogwarts, a gust of wind swept past, sending ripples across the Black Lake. Apart from Hogwarts' original grounds, which had not been altered, all kinds of bizarre buildings—and an even greater number of plots that had merely been leveled—stood along the shore of the Black Lake. Aside from the residents, shops, and workshops that needed to move in first, most places had only been zoned out and had not yet begun construction.
Because when people from different cultures and classes were gathered together, none of them could resist showing off their individuality—especially when cost was no concern. Even Mr. and Mrs. Clearwater, who were Muggles, tore up the plans they had once been very satisfied with, now finding them far too conventional and dull after seeing the wizards' designs.
Far out in the middle of the once-vast Black Lake beneath Hogwarts Castle, a small island had already been artificially built. A castle stood on the little hill magically raised on that hard-to-reach island. Its enormous main keep and manor palace were encircled by seven outer towers and seven diamond-shaped bastions stacked around them. Although none of it was finished, from a distance it seemed impregnable—and many shadowy humanoid figures floated around the buildings, while metal plates carved with Ancient Runes had been installed over the surfaces of the heavy stones.
Its style looked somewhat like another Hogwarts, but compared with Hogwarts' fairy-tale appearance, this castle carried an innate, simple, old-fashioned air unique to marching soldiers. This was the Harris Family's new castle.
In Allen's design plan this time, Harris Castle was the true center point. Hogwarts Castle and the newly established Hogwarts university and elementary divisions formed an equilateral triangle, with the main buildings of the three schools as its three vertices, while Harris Castle on the lake island
