"Don't be so serious like Lenn. I only let it carry the letter over from the department because it wasn't urgent." Daisy waved a hand, but her eyes stayed on the letter as she frowned.
"Albert, Daisy knows her limits. We can relax a little on the details." Owen backed up his eldest daughter, then looked at her expression and pressed, "What bad news does the letter mention?"
"It's not exactly a big deal. Allen has been too much in the spotlight lately... After a lot of foreign contestants learned that Allen defeated Voldemort, they started thinking about withdrawing. Many people have sent withdrawal letters to the Organizing Committee... including all the other contestants from the United Kingdom..." Daisy handed the parchment she had finished reading to Owen. "Because of this, the Organizing Committee for the Dueling Tournament has decided to hold a special meeting to discuss a solution to this unprecedented situation. As the participating country involved, the Organizing Committee hopes our Ministry of Magic will help contact Allen and send representatives to join the discussion with him..."
"Merlin, our Television Station has been preparing for this live broadcast for ages!" the French witch wailed. "How are they surrendering faster than our country's Muggles?!"
"If it were me, I'd definitely take part. How fun would it be to test myself against the experts... Back then, I couldn't even beat Kingsley." Albert sounded a little nostalgic. "Allen, do you still plan to participate?"
