Under the expectant gazes of the three Grangers, Allen gave the answer they wanted, and that made even the great snake in the midst of a paranoid fit unable to resist turning back to listen—if Allen really had a way, then without question, it would be an even greater mockery of her former master, Voldemort.
"If the Magic Boosting Potion could let someone like Mr. Granger, who had wizard blood flowing in him and was essentially a Squib, gain the ability to cast spells..." Allen picked up his Pumpkin Juice to moisten his throat, slowed his pace, and spoke every word clearly. "That gave me an idea... How could ordinary Muggles also come to possess the magic-rich blood of wizards?"
Hermione sat bolt upright, unable to contain her excitement, and asked in a rapid-fire rush, "You thought of something, didn't you? Is it some kind of magical conversion? Or can Luna rely on some divine power of hers?"
Their daughter's questions only left Mr. and Mrs. Granger even more baffled. They could just about understand using magic to convert something, but what on earth was this divine power of that little girl Luna, whose famous nickname "Crazy Girl" even they knew...?
"It's not magic, and it's not divine power... Hermione." Allen smiled as if playing a prank. "It's actually a Muggle method. Though in medicine, Muggles lag far behind wizards, it's precisely because they can't use magic to accomplish things that, for us, can be solved with a single potion that they invented all sorts of strange and varied ways to treat certain illnesses. And the method I'm imagining came from seeing one of the Muggles' treatments..."
"Our method? Allen, you mean ordinary people's medicine can let us obtain magic?" Mr. Granger was
