Professor Flitwick's faculty-assigned residence on the Floating City had been designed with his own stature in mind. The height of the entire house, and the cabinets, tables, chairs, sofas, and other furnishings, were all much smaller and lower than normal furniture, and everything in the rooms had a strong "goblin style."
The curtains were blue and bronze silk. A crystal chandelier hanging from the ceiling slowly rotated in silence. Glass containers of various sizes floated in the air around the room and could be combined for use. The shelves beside the eagle-shaped fireplace were filled with trophies, medals, and photographs Professor Flitwick had won over the years, along with a half-finished bottle of Red Currant Rum.
Jessica sat down on the sofa. She had never felt so huge before. Because the sofa was too low, her legs were awkwardly tucked up, and there was not enough height to support her back, making it difficult for her to keep sitting properly. It also made her begin to wonder whether some nearby countries' jokes about Americans' physiques perhaps were not just jokes after all.

"So when Hogwarts assigned me a house, I designed it to be a bit more personal and adjusted it to a height that suited my build. It makes living here convenient and comfortable.
