Unlike the Muggle and book areas in the scenic zone that had just been deliberately cleared out—areas most wizards were not particularly interested in anyway—Allen's various identities finally had the effect they were supposed to have here. That also left Hermione and the others, who had come down with Allen because they did not want to stay with their uncles' generation, rather irritated.
Although quite a few contestants were too intimidated by Allen's strength, or felt too awkward to come forward because the rules of this tournament were clearly aimed at opposing Harris, some contestants from various countries still came up warmly to greet him, saying flattering things. These contestants were either officials in their own Ministries of Magic who had been assigned to build good relations because of the Floating City, or the sort who had come to ask for an autograph because their children or wives were Allen's fans.
"Hi, you're here." A young woman's voice came from behind Allen and the others. Jessica realized, somewhat embarrassed, that her call had made everyone turn around. She shifted her feet before noticing the babies. "Are these Minister Owen's new daughters? Uh... why is there one more? Did you give birth prematurely?!!!"
Jessica's outfit now was different again from when she had first arrived at Hogwarts. Her hair was no longer tied into a ponytail or simply coiled on top of her head, but had also been arranged in a rather classical style. Two braids drawn up from her temples crossed over the top of her head, adorned with pearl hairpins, while the rest of her loose hair fell down her back. This hairstyle was clearly designed specifically to match the Hogwarts University uniform she was wearing. The ancient-style magical robes looked very beautiful on the tall, slender Jessica. She
