After much persuasion, the Centaurs and Werewolves gave up the plan they had obtained from Umbridge and withdrew. The foreign dignitaries who had come to see Allen off reacted quickly when they saw the scene, immediately realizing this was a perfect chance to earn prestige in front of the whole world—especially since they did not actually have to enter the Underworld, so there was no danger to their lives. It was the perfect opportunity to show off their own country's bearing.
"Russia will continue to send additional Aurors, and Hit Wizards will also take part in the fighting," Councilman Polkov of Russia was the first to shout in a rough, righteous voice. "In addition, we will dispatch another seven Floating Ships to help all countries transport supplies to the Great Wall."
"France will also continue to send more wizards and supplies." Madame Maxime glanced at Polkov in surprise, then immediately followed with her own statement. "Although we do not have many armed forces, I believe the personnel of our Ministry of Magic will have no problem assisting with logistics."
Seeing this, the other countries refused to fall behind and began voicing their support all at once, unwilling to miss this chance to build their reputations—especially since it genuinely did count as helping save the world.
