What was happening outside had nothing to do with Allen for the time being.

Then he extended a finger and pointed through the air at the Gold-Melting Cauldron, glowing red from the heat. The liquefied Mithril within flew out and hovered before him. At first, it had no shape, but then it twisted into a human little finger with a metallic sheen. After Ancient Runes were carved onto it, it became somewhat dimmer, yet the magical fluctuations it emitted alone were enough for a perceptive wizard to sense the power contained within.

This Mithril finger, capable of breaking magic through contact and charming magical creatures three times a day, was finished.
