Traitor and Liar

Deep in the dense forests of Albania, inside a cold stone chamber in Voldemort's underground base, Rodolphus Lestrange held an empty beer bottle in his remaining hand and casually watched a huge Television mounted on the wall. On it was a close-up of Draco pumping his fist excitedly after scoring.

The Television signal was poor, though. The picture jumped up and down, flickered constantly, and occasionally dissolved into snow.

"Are we too far from Britain, or is it because we're underground? Nothing but static... Still, Draco's doing well. This is the first time you haven't watched one of Draco's matches in person, isn't it?" Rodolphus leaned back in his chair, looking utterly bored.

"When I don't go, he performs better. In fact, as long as Slytherin's Seeker keeps Harry Potter tied up, I believe Slytherin can win on points alone." Lucius Malfoy held a black mask with silver patterns in his hand. He had just been about to say something when he suddenly looked toward the door.

Gilderoy Lockhart, wearing a small blue cap, appeared in the doorway, his hand raised as if to knock.

Seeing Rodolphus and Lucius both turn their gazes on him at the same time, Gilderoy froze slightly. Those looks always gave people the feeling that they really should not have appeared just then. He immediately revealed his signature smile. "Mr. Lestrange, I've come to collect today's supplies for the Muggles."

Rodolphus lazily pointed at several filthy sacks in the corner and sneered. "You really are a quick-witted fellow, taking the initiative to fight for the job of feeding these Mudbloods. It's a bit tedious, but at least it's safe."

Gilderoy did not dare argue back and gave an awkward smile. "Lord Lestrange, this way Lord Dolphin Rowle can go do more important things."
