The wizards saluted Allen and the others, and, seeming to notice their confusion, explained, "Miss Klivert ordered us to guard Mr. and Mrs. Granger here... If you have no instructions, we will return to our posts."

"Thank you. Good work." Allen nodded and returned the salute in thanks.

The Aurors' somewhat distrustful gazes swept over the Death Knights, and then their figures vanished once more.

"Dobby will go tell Master and Mistress you have returned right away. They will be very happy to see Miss back!" Dobby blinked his eyes, bowed happily, and was about to walk into the house.
