At that moment, Allen's figure stepped out from the shadows of the pile of gifts in the corner. Seeing the man himself appear, the wizards quickly struck up conversations and came over to greet them warmly.
After waiting a moment for the first round of pleasantries to pass, Lenn moved closer and said to his younger brother in a tone that was barely holding back laughter, "Allen, I noticed Father's lost almost all the pocket money Mother gave him. If you have something to announce, you'd better hurry..."
"Let Albert go first. His matter is more important." Allen rubbed his chin. "I think Father can hold on a little longer..."
Lenn did not refuse either. He let out a laugh, then forced it back down, walked over to his elder brother Albert, and whispered a few words to him.
Albert did not think too much of it. He nodded gratefully to Allen without declining, then walked up onto the slightly higher steps connecting the Headmaster's Office attic to the office area. He waved to Fleur among the group of witches, and Fleur walked over calmly and stood beside him.
Albert tapped the wineglass in his hand with his wand, drawing everyone's attention. Only the group of old men at the long table, who were getting into their card game and relying on their seniority and age, did not move. They continued playing at the table, though they still shifted their gazes over somewhat.
"Everyone, Fleur and I will hold our wedding on August 1st at Harris Manor." As Albert spoke of the wedding, he became joyful and excited, and Fleur beside him, sensing her fiancé's feelings, looked even more astonishingly beautiful.
The wizards in the Headmaster's Office responded to Albert with enthusiastic applause and cheers.
