Once Hatake Sakumo steadied himself, the sight before him left him somewhat stunned.
Compared with Konoha, the Land of Whirlpools was filled with a modern atmosphere. Broad streets, orderly factories, vibrant harbors, and efficiently operating hydroelectric power stations—everything here was completely different from the Ninja World he had once known.
The people wore simple uniforms and smiled brightly, clearly filled with hope and anticipation for their lives.
Uchiha Ying Yue pointed toward the Dawn Organization headquarters in the distance and said proudly, "Sakumo-sensei, this is the Land of Whirlpools.
