But Kangetsu was different. He had inherited the teachings of his only relative, his grandfather, who had practiced Killing Fist for thirty years. Even in such an environment, Kangetsu had persevered. And now he was laughing because he had changed Killing Fist's method of training through killing, creating a new Killing Fist that relied on dietary nourishment for cultivation, just like the three great schools of Internal Martial Arts! He named this martial art God-Killing Fist. It retained the essence of Killing Fist while correcting its flaws. Better still, both methods could be practiced together!

But in life, you could never get too arrogant, let alone show off too much!
At that moment, Kangetsu pointed straight at the heavens and declared, "I'm just that handsome, just that cool, just that suave! Laozi isn't as smart as me, Yuanshi isn't as noble as me, and Tongtian isn't as handsome as me. Zhunti isn't as persistent as me, Jieyin doesn't have my willpower, and Nuwa isn't as loving as me!"
Just then, thunder cracked overhead. Kangetsu had actually disparaged every sage, claiming that none of them could match him. Wasn't that asking to die? The others might have let it slide, but who was Nuwa? She was a woman! The only female sage! And what were women? Petty creatures, narrow-minded to the core!
Upon hearing Kangetsu speak like that, she waved her delicate hand and sent a bolt of Creation Divine Lightning crashing toward him!
Kangetsu froze as he watched the green divine lightning appear in the sky and strike toward him. He murmured, "Sure enough, a man shouldn't be this smart or this handsome. I've even surpassed heaven itself. Heaven just couldn't resist killing me because I'm so handsome!"
But the moment he finished speaking, the heavenly dao grew angry too. What had originally been Creation Divine Lightning transformed straight into Chaos Creation Divine Lightning, then came crashing down on Kangetsu!
This so-called Creation Divine Lightning was, in essence, vitality. But life and death were intertwined; too much vitality would turn into death. That was the power of Creation Divine Lightning. A tiny wisp might even keep you young forever! But too much would make you burst and die!
And that was precisely what had happened to Kangetsu. By then, he was already dead.
