Kangetsu held up the map for Jingxia to examine. Jingxia immediately said, "Lord Kangetsu, this is indeed a valley, and quite a long one at that! But it's very narrow down inside!"

At that, a faint smile appeared on Kangetsu's lips. With terrain this favorable, the Hagoromo Clan probably won't be getting away this time!

With that thought, Kangetsu immediately called out, "Inoue, what's the enemy's situation now?"

His words drew everyone's eyes to him. From the moment they had met him until just now, Kangetsu's voice had been icy, his gaze indifferent. But now his voice had taken on a feverish intensity. That wild tone, charged with killing intent, left everyone stunned!

Their shock did not last long, however. Inoue immediately replied, "Lord Kangetsu, things aren't looking good. They're advancing toward us in a fan formation! They're searching for something, probably us! The one directly ahead of us is that elite Chunin. Besides the Genin beside him, who seems to be out gaining experience, there are also ten Chunin!"

At those words, the fifty-odd people following Kangetsu immediately drew their swords, ready for battle!

Kangetsu frowned slightly, however, and barked, "Who told you to draw your weapons? Put them away, now!"

Kangetsu was angry. Sensing the approaching danger, the animals had already fled this quiet forest, leaving only the sound of wind blowing through the trees. That sound was faint. A ninja with unusually keen hearing could have pinpointed their position the instant they drew their blades!

Furious, Kangetsu turned his head, his scarlet eyes cold and murderous. His lips twisted as he snapped, "From now on, if anyone dares act without my orders, the enemy won't need to kill you. I'll do it myself!"

As he spoke, the two tomoe in his eyes kept spinning. Everyone froze, then stared at Kangetsu in fear. When he turned back around, they were all trembling! Yet they were also stunned, because those eyes of his had been the Sharingan! And not one-tomoe, either, but two-tomoe!

Kangetsu paid no attention to what the people behind him were thinking. He examined the map again, then called out, "Have those ten people finished their training?"

The man immediately ran to Kangetsu's side and said, "Lord Kangetsu, they're ready! All ten have learned it!"

"Good! What's your name?"

Since Kangetsu did not know his name, he did not know how to assign him a task!

But the man immediately said, "Lord Kangetsu, my name is Uchiha Watanabe. You can just call me Watanabe!"
