After Dende closed the Room of Spirit and Time, the flow of time inside and outside immediately changed.

Whis, who had been observing from within, instantly became excited and muttered to himself.

"Wonderful! This incredible place has deepened my understanding of time even further! Hehe, coming here this time was definitely not in vain..."

Meanwhile, Son Goku led Vegeta and the others toward the space outside, saying, "Let's make the most of our time training too! I'll push all of you to your limits during this period!"

As he spoke, Son Goku turned to Whis and Padas. "Mr. Whis, will you train me first, or wait a while?"

Having seen Whis's earlier reaction and knowing that he likely had something to do, Son Goku asked.

After hearing Son Goku's question, Whis answered from the side, "You should train them first. I'll need to wait a little while before I can help you train."

Sure enough, Son Goku was not surprised by Whis's answer. He merely nodded, then looked at Padas and asked, "What about you, Padas?"

Facing Son Goku's question, Padas answered calmly, "I'll wait as well. Help them first."

For Padas, training was secondary. After all, he was a Legendary Super Saiyan, and his strength increased with the passage of time. Training could only add icing to the cake; it was not something he desperately needed.

More importantly, his current training focused mainly on mental strength, so that he could control his own power.

He did not place much importance on training his physical strength. Of course, it could not be completely ignored, since power was still important. But if one could not control that power, then no matter how great it was, it would be meaningless.

So for now, Padas planned to meditate for a while and wait
