"I originally thought that, as a tournament for the entire universe, it would feature the finest elites from every universe. But the reality has disappointed me greatly. No matter how much pressure I applied, none of you were able to achieve a genuine breakthrough or put up any effective resistance."
"Or did you think I was merely toying with you in those earlier battles?"
