New World

"Where is this?"

Kast looked around. Before him stretched an endless expanse of ocean, and not far away he could see regions blanketed by bolts of lightning. There was an unmistakable unnatural element to them.

Within them, Kast sensed traces of the power of rules emerging.

Clearly, some existence had radiated its power over those areas, causing the lightning.

Though the discovery interested him somewhat, this was not the time to focus on it.

Kast turned his gaze back to himself and began recalling what had happened before.

All he remembered was that, in the final moment of his memory, there had been a concentrated, brilliant sphere of energy. Then he had arrived here.

As he replayed it frame by frame, Kast gradually remembered the details.

"I remember that, at the very last instant, space was torn apart..."

In his memories, the instant he was struck by that energy sphere, even Kast had needed to use all his strength. Although he had withstood it, the surrounding space had been shattered as a result. No, it would be more accurate to call it the "crystal wall system." Once the crystal wall system had been breached, a black hole had immediately formed. And because Kast had expended too much power resisting the attack, he had failed to react in time and was sucked inside.

"Looks like this is a new world outside the Dragon Ball world."

Clearly, this was no longer the Dragon Ball world.

Leaving aside everything else, the rules of this world alone felt extremely crude. The entire world was like a funnel, riddled with holes everywhere. Kast was even afraid that if he used too much force, he might destroy this world.

The entire world was extremely fragile and decayed.

It even showed signs of gradually heading toward destruction.
