"Goku, you ate all my food? Do you know that was supposed to last me a whole week?" Master Roshi said angrily.

"Haha, I'm stuffed!"

Goku patted his round belly and laughed.

"Are you sure you want to train under me? My training is very strict!"

Master Roshi turned around and said gravely.

"That's fine. We can handle any hardship!"

Ziye said with determination.

"Mm-hmm!"

Goku nodded vigorously.

"But I won't train you for nothing. You'll have to bring me a cute girl first!" Master Roshi said teasingly.

"That's easy! Leave it to me!"

With that, Goku dashed out of the room, hopped onto the Flying Nimbus, and sped off.

"Are you sure Goku knows what 'cute' means?"

Ziye scratched his head and asked doubtfully.

Before long, Goku returned to Kame House on the Flying Nimbus. A beautiful, fair-skinned girl was sitting on the cloud, gazing at Master Roshi with affection.

"I really underestimated Goku. I didn't expect his taste to be so normal!"

Ziye couldn't help remarking.

"Goku, you did well. Now we'll begin your first training exercise!"

Master Roshi blushed and went over to Goku, whispering something in his ear.

"Go ask that girl for her panties!"

"Her panties?"

Goku was taken aback by this, but didn't think much of it before walking over to the girl.

"Um... Grandpa, she says she isn't wearing any panties!"

Sun Wukong shouted.

"What?!"

At that, Master Roshi perked right up and hurried over to the girl. But when he saw what she was, his face immediately fell.

"So she's a mermaid! I was wondering where you'd find something this good."

"Still, that mermaid has a great figure!"

Master Roshi blushed, then gave a lecherous smile and asked sheepishly, "Miss, can I touch your breasts?"

Smack!

The mermaid's face flushed with embarrassment. She slapped him, then leaped into the sea!

"Grandpa, can we start training now?" Goku asked eagerly.

"Let's not rush into that..."

"Goku, you'll have to bring me another girl. Ziye, you go with him this time. I don't really trust Goku's judgment!"

Master Roshi said, holding his swollen cheek.

"We have to go find another one?"

"Okay."

Ziye and Goku nodded together.

"Hey? What's that?"

"Looks like a boat."

Ha!

As the boat slowly approached the shore, a short, bald man dressed in Shaolin Temple robes jumped off and hurried over to Master Roshi.

"Who are you?" Master Roshi asked curiously.

"You must be Master Mutten. My name is Krillin. I came all the way from Tokyo to ask you to take me as your student."

Krillin bowed deeply and spoke politely.

"Then you've come all this way for nothing. I've decided not to take on any more students. You should go home."

Master Roshi turned away and refused him.

"Master Mutten, this is my gift to you!"

Krillin set down his luggage, took out a thick stack of magazines featuring beautiful women, and held them out to Master Roshi.

"I didn't expect you to be so thoughtful!"

Master Roshi's eyes lit up. He snatched the magazines from Krillin and crouched down to study them closely.

"Ahem..."

After enjoying the magazines, Master Roshi cleared his throat and stood up.

"Since all three of you want to become my students, I'll give you a test. Bring me a pretty girl, and I'll take you on!"

The three of them nodded in unison, then flew away from Kame House with Goku at the helm of the Flying Nimbus.

"Where are we supposed to find a pretty girl for Grandpa? This test seems really hard!" Goku said, putting his hands behind his head and looking troubled.

"Heh, it's actually pretty easy!"

Krillin suddenly gave a sly chuckle behind them.

"How so?" Ziye asked curiously.

"Do you have any money?"

At that, both Ziye and Goku shook their heads.

"Ah..."

"Now that's a problem!"

Krillin frowned. He'd been planning to pay a pretty girl to go back with them as Master Roshi's housekeeper. Who'd have guessed all three of them were broke?

"Who are you? Help!"

Suddenly, a piercing cry for help rang out.

"What's happening over there?"

"Goku, let's go take a look!"

Ziye said calmly.

"Okay."

Goku nodded, then piloted the Flying Nimbus over.

Not far from Ziye and the others, two police officers armed with pistols and handcuffs had cornered a beautiful girl in a blue dress.

"Launch, give yourself up!"

"You know who I am?" Launch asked in confusion.

"Hmph, quit pretending, you bandit!"

Hearing that, Launch's expression changed. She shouted, "A bandit? I get it—you must be bandits!"

"Help! Someone, please save me!"

"Stop right there! You're a bunch of bad guys, picking on a girl!"

Goku roared, then leaped off the Flying Nimbus.

Without Goku to hold the cloud steady, Ziye and Krillin fell off too. Luckily, Ziye was strong enough to land safely, but Krillin had it rough—he hit the ground and split his head open!

"So you've got accomplices too! Don't move, or I'll shoot!"

The police officers pointed their guns at the three of them and threatened them.

"Goku, Ziye, be careful. Don't do anything rash—they've got guns!"

But before Krillin could finish, Goku charged forward. He swung the Golden Cudgel and knocked both pistols away, then struck out with a punch and a kick, sending the two officers tumbling to the ground!

"You... You dare attack the police? Just you wait!"

The two men scrambled to their feet, threatened Goku, then hurriedly drove off in their patrol car.

"Goku, Ziye! Did you hear what they just said?"

Krillin asked worriedly.

"I think they said they were policemen? That name doesn't sound very trustworthy!" Goku said innocently.

"Ah..."

"Does that mean we attacked the police?"

Krillin looked terrified.

"Do you think she might be a bad person if the police were after her?"

"Doesn't really look that way!"

Goku said softly.

"Thanks for saving me, little boys!"

"You're welcome!"

Goku scratched his head and said proudly.

"Hey? What's this?"
