Pirate captain Hett stared at his own nearly wrecked pirate ship, his face twisted with rage.
The sailors aboard the pirate ship stared blankly at the vessel that had suddenly rammed them. Two unlucky men had failed to dodge during the collision and were crushed directly into pulp.
"Damn bastards!"
Hett cursed as he looked at the Eagle.
Then he noticed that although his pirate ship had nearly been snapped in half, the other vessel showed no sign of damage whatsoever.
"Haha, I didn't expect your ship to be so good. It'll be mine soon enough!"
Hett naturally had that confidence. As one of the pirates who had roamed the Pearl Sea for over half a year, he believed that aside from those pirate ships with Gold-level professionals, he would be next in line.
His ambition was to break through and become a Gold-level powerhouse, joining the ranks of the Pearl Sea's top experts.
He had not expected such an accident to occur during what should have been an ordinary raid on a merchant ship.
Waving the long blade in his hand, Hett clearly saw the few people standing aboard that strange vessel.
The one in front appeared to be a handsome young man. Judging by his clean, neat appearance and luxurious clothes, he looked nothing like someone who made a living at sea.
Instead, he resembled the descendants of kingdom nobles.
Hett had seen plenty of such people. To be honest, many nobles were frightened out of their wits the moment they saw him, their faces filled with terror as they screamed and begged for mercy.
The sight of those nobles kneeling before him and crying for their lives greatly satisfied Hett's vanity.
