Although Li Si had looked injured when he appeared last night, Charles and the others were not particularly worried.
This was the man who had just killed the great pirate Blood Shark Patrick. The people who should have been worried here were obviously everyone else.
Charles and Bazel leaned against the railing, watching Helen dart all over the Hurricane like an excited little rabbit.

After discussing it with Aivar, Charles sent some of the captured pirates to clean the ship. The Eagle's crew happily went to supervise them, so there would be no problems.
Just as Charles and Bazel happily slacked off while Aivar meticulously inspected the Hurricane's facilities, Li Si suddenly appeared on the deck.
