In a relatively remote part of this elven city, Li Si arrived with Mil and Bella.
Although he intended to establish Wrath of Nature, an elven organization dedicated to searching for and defeating Abyss demons, the idea had come to Li Si on a whim, so he had made no preparations in advance.
For instance, Wrath of Nature did not yet have a suitable base.
In Li Si's plans, Wrath of Nature would have at least several hundred official combat members, along with even more logistical and support personnel. The base they chose now would very likely become Wrath of Nature's future headquarters, so Li Si naturally could not settle for some small place.
