Nangong Saya broke out in a cold sweat. Fighting down her fear, she reached out with a trembling hand and patted Fang Cheng on the shoulder.

He could withstand bullets and bombs now, but even Mountain God's Protection, which he hadn't mastered yet, combined with Steel Blood, couldn't withstand a single shell from a main battle tank.
Unless he could make the Steel Blood thick enough to stop it—but the tank would have fired before then.
"Tell your Landlady to hurry over if she's coming. Otherwise, I'll be forced to defend myself."
Fang Cheng said to Tsukikage Kari on the phone, then hung up.
He put an arm around Nangong Saya as blood flowed from it, gradually enveloping her.
"Don't move."
Nangong Saya watched in surprise as the blood ran over her sturdy waist, down her hips and thighs, then upward to cover her chest and head.
In the blink of an eye, Fang Cheng had fashioned a suit of iron armor around Nangong Saya, protecting her.
Although Nangong Saya was smaller than Fang Cheng, her chest and backside took up plenty of material, so the total amount needed was about the same.
She moved her arms and legs in surprise. The armor didn't restrict her at all, yet it protected every joint exceptionally well.
Fang Cheng's homemade armor had previously been designed for ease of movement, so he had to thin the armor around the joints, leaving obvious weak spots.
But later, he had looked through the Countermeasure Department's internal documents that Kanzaki Rin had given him, including the blueprints for the Individual Combat System.
One abandoned design differed from Iron Man only in appearance; its design concept was almost identical.
