Machine City had a complicated power structure and many influential figures, but the only one who truly warranted the attention of the Area 11 government was Kozaki Wataru.

Tsukikage Hoshi crossed her arms and gave a soft snort, ignoring Fang Cheng's teasing.
Kozaki Wataru smiled. "Tonight's events were all a misunderstanding. I hope the two of you won't take offense."
Fang Cheng smiled too. "I was worried you'd figure out who I am and come looking for trouble. Since it was a misunderstanding, I'm relieved. Perhaps we'll have a chance to talk again someday."
Fang Cheng hadn't removed his mask at any point, so nobody had seen his face.
But if someone made a determined effort, they could still find a few clues.
