"What's that look for?"
Fang Cheng leaped over and gathered the Fox into his arms. "If you think I'm awesome, you don't have to say it out loud. This is just a routine operation."
"Let go of me!"
The Fox suddenly struggled, ignoring her injuries. Before, she had struggled too, but that had been out of coyness. Now, she was clearly trying to resist him.
"Don't move!"
Fang Cheng didn't think much of it. He pinned her down with a firm hand. "I'm going to heal your wounds."
He melted away all the armor on the Fox and pressed his hand against her bloodstained fur.
Soon, a faint glow appeared over her wounds, slowly repairing them.
The pain in the Fox's body eased considerably. Her serious injuries were gradually stabilizing and healing, and she asked in surprise, "You can heal people? Why didn't you use this on me before?"
"We weren't close before."
"And now?"
"Now, well, even a dog grows on you if you've had it long enough."
"..."
Fang Cheng was using Word Spirit Art to heal her. He hadn't used it before because he and the Fox weren't close.
Besides, the price of healing with this art was much higher than for other Word Spirit Arts. Only Ultimate Bliss Heaven cost more.
Although he didn't have to pay any price himself, using Word Spirit Art too often would make Evil God Sauce come out and bother him more frequently.
Now that he and the Fox were in the same boat, there was no need to hold back.
There was one consequence, however. Fang Cheng's mind and body had already been tainted, and anyone who spent too much time with him would be affected as well.
So far, the effect seemed to be limited to magnifying certain desires
