This was one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world, drawing a steady stream of visitors from all over the globe every year.
On an uninhabited island, a massive sea monster that looked like a pufferfish was resting by the shore.
There were several wounds on its body, left by a patrol that had shot it not long ago when it tried to eat tourists in the shallows.
The sea monster was planning to return for revenge once its injuries healed, when it suddenly spotted a mermaid swimming toward it.
But on closer inspection, it wasn't a mermaid at all, but a human woman with dazzling golden hair.
Drool immediately spilled from the sea monster's tooth-filled mouth.
It wasn't very intelligent. It never considered how a human woman could have swum to this deserted island, thinking only of satisfying its urge to eat people.
The golden-haired woman had just reached the shore. She rose from the water, her soaked clothes clinging to her body and revealing an incredibly perfect figure.
Without even glancing at the sea monster beside her, she headed straight for the beach.
The sea monster couldn't appreciate a beauty capable of driving men wild. It simply opened its jaws wide and lunged at the woman.
Before it could get close, its massive body froze in midair, then abruptly split apart, turning into slices of raw fish that looked as if they'd been cut by blades. They fell into the water along with its entrails.
But the sea monster's blood didn't fall with them. Instead, it gathered into a mass and quickly flew to shore, transforming into a parasol, a table, some black tea, and a chaise longue.
The remaining blood turned into a sexy, stunningly beautiful woman who stood by to serve.
