Fang Cheng looked at the three troublesome monsters.
Tamamo-no-Mae remained elegant, a faint smile in her eyes. Ugou Mirai looked indifferent, while Ibaraki-doji wore a stern, imposing expression.
Neither Ibaraki-doji nor Ugou Mirai could be reasoned with, so Fang Cheng could only ask Tamamo-no-Mae, "What exactly are you trying to do?"
Two words fell from Tamamo-no-Mae's red lips. "Get revenge."
Fang Cheng sighed. "Did you just ignore everything I said before?"
With the strength of these three monsters, they couldn't beat the Death Knight even if they found him.

Tamamo-no-Mae explained, "With our current strength, we can't defeat the Death Knight. But we can't just sit around waiting for him to attack, either. Striking first will let us take the initiative. At the very least, we can find out where he is."
Fang Cheng didn't argue. Instead, he gazed into Tamamo-no-Mae's eyes. "I get the feeling you're more impatient than the others to find the Death Knight and settle the score."

Tamamo-no-Mae smiled faintly. "We just don't want to miss this chance."
Ibaraki-doji and Ugou Mirai both agreed. If they missed this chance, who knew how long they'd have to wait to get their revenge?
Oni Yunjie interjected, "What about the Iron-Cast Palace's safety if you leave?"
The reason Oni Yunjie opposed Tamamo-no-Mae's plan was that she feared the three of them would drag Fang Cheng off to deal with some Apocalypse Knight.
If another legendary Great Monster showed up, the Iron-Cast Palace really wouldn't be able to hold out.
Ibaraki-doji spoke up, too. "That's your responsibility as the Ghost Lord. Are you going to rely on outside help your whole life?"
"Lord Ibaraki."
Yuguang Kaori immediately came to Oni Yunjie's defense. "Forgive my bluntness, but the crisis
