The terrifying shock wave hung in the air, fluctuating as the two forces clashed. The sky was a sheet of white, so bright that no one could keep their eyes open.
Yun Feng slowly walked up to Ghost Shark. "Did Babidi send you?"
Ghost Shark looked at Yun Feng with interest. "Looks like we're old rivals. Have you fought Lord Babidi before?"
"Hahahaha..."
"More than just fought him. We've got a life-and-death history together," Yun Feng said with a hearty laugh.
"Are you going to surrender, or do I have to take you down myself?"
Ghost Shark replied calmly, "You sure are confident, kid. How about we trade a few moves?"
Everyone watched the two of them chat as casually as old friends who hadn't seen each other in years. But the moment they heard what the conversation was about, a chill ran through them.
Here was another one of Babidi's lackeys. With Goku and Vegeta still fighting on the field, the situation had grown somewhat chaotic.
"Yun Feng, now that we've confirmed he's one of Babidi's men, there's no need to hold back. Let's attack together, capture him, and make him reveal Babidi's location," Supreme Kai Axin said.
The expressions of the others gradually turned cold.
Goku knew they couldn't keep this up forever. "20x Kaioken!" Red flames rose around him, and his Kamehameha instantly surged with ferocious power.
It slammed into the Big Bang Attack and shoved it back. The terrifying energy was becoming too much for Vegeta to withstand. "That bastard Kakarot!"
Vegeta vanished in a flash, dodging the energy wave. It shot into the sky, and the scene came back into view. Goku and Vegeta were both panting heavily.
Yun Feng suddenly jumped onto the arena and stood between Goku and Vegeta. "That's enough for today. Babidi's underling has shown himself. We should deal with him first."
Goku looked surprised. "Babidi? That evil wizard still hasn't given up? He's back again?"
Vegeta snorted and looked away from Goku. "Kakarot, I'm not letting this go."
A terrifying burst of energy suddenly erupted from Yun Feng's hand. Before Ghost Shark and the two Earthlings standing behind him could react, they were blasted away.
Yun Feng immediately flew after them. Seeing this, the others followed.
Ding! Hidden quest discovered: Battle Majin Buu.
Reward: Dragon Fist
Well, this was awkward. He'd been planning to crush Ghost Shark outright, but now this quest had popped up. He'd have to help Babidi, or he wouldn't be able to complete it.
After all, Dragon Fist was incredibly powerful. In the original story, Goku had used it at Super Saiyan 3, and its power had been impressive.
Ghost Shark stopped himself in midair. "Damn you, human! How dare you ambush me!"
Having been successfully ambushed, Ghost Shark was furious with humiliation.
Yun Feng looked at the enraged Ghost Shark. Green skin, green eyes—he was obviously an alien. Who knew where Babidi had found this fighter?

This hired muscle had some serious power. He was already at the intermediate level of Super Saiyan 2, a little stronger than Dabura.
Noticing that they were still above a city, Yun Feng called out, "Babidi, I know you can hear me. Take us somewhere uninhabited. We're going to settle this once and for all."
Babidi was startled. "Damn you, Yun Feng! Fine. As long as Majin Buu can be revived, you little nobodies won't be able to cause trouble for much longer."
Yun Feng and the others felt their vision blur. In the next instant, they were in a place surrounded by mountains.
Yun Feng smiled faintly. "That's better. Green-hair, you can make your move."
Ghost Shark turned to the two underlings behind him. "I'll hold this guy off. You two seize the chance to siphon his energy."
The two men nodded. They already had the energy-draining jars ready.
Yun Feng knew exactly what they were plotting. But for the sake of the quest, I'll let you have your way for now.
Yun Feng told the others, "I'll handle this monster. Don't get involved."
Yun Feng charged forward and clashed with Ghost Shark. The surrounding mountains quickly began to crumble.
Goku said, "That's strange. Why hasn't Master turned Super Saiyan? Is the enemy not strong enough?"
Vegeta scoffed. "Yun Feng's just too arrogant. He thinks he's some kind of god. Just wait—he'll get himself into trouble. Kakarot, get ready to rescue your master."
"No. Master isn't like that. If he told us not to interfere, then he must be sure he can handle this."
Vegeta smiled but said nothing.
Axin said, "That green fellow must be the new King of the Demon Realm. He's no weakling. Will Yun Feng be all right on his own?"
Yun Feng and Ghost Shark had already fought for more than twenty rounds. Yun Feng deliberately left an opening, letting Ghost Shark grab him.
"Quick, you two! I've got the kid under control!" Ghost Shark shouted.
Yun Feng smiled. Looks like my acting isn't bad. I wonder if Goku and the others can see through it.
The two men stuck their energy-draining jars into Yun Feng's body. Before long, he felt much of his strength draining away, and his consciousness began to fade.
Goku cried out in alarm, "Quick, save Master!" A huge amount of energy gathered in one of Ghost Shark's hands, and he used it to block Goku and the others.
That should be enough to revive Majin Buu. Then Yun Feng let out a mighty roar, releasing a terrifying burst of energy that sent all three of them flying.
Goku had already transformed into a Super Saiyan and was about to rush over. Seeing Yun Feng out of danger, he finally breathed a sigh of relief.
Ghost Shark signaled to the two men, and they flew toward Babidi.
Yun Feng ate a Senzu Bean, restoring the energy in his body. Then he powered up and transformed into a high-level Super Saiyan 2. His ferocious energy made the air around him surge wildly.
"Ghost Shark, since you managed to complete your mission, shouldn't you thank me?"
"You did that on purpose? Why?" Ghost Shark asked, confused.
"Because I'm in a good mood today," Yun Feng said smugly.
Ghost Shark: ...
Yun Feng's power kept rising. He could transform into a Super Saiyan 3 now, but Ghost Shark wasn't strong enough to warrant using that form. Besides, Super Saiyan 3 consumed a tremendous amount of energy.
Even with Yun Feng's skills for recovering his stamina, he could only maintain that form for half an hour at a time, then had to rest for an hour before he could transform again. So unless it was necessary, he didn't use Super Saiyan 3 to deal with his enemies.
With his power raised to the peak of Super Saiyan 2, Yun Feng said, "Come on, Ghost Shark. I'm waiting for you. Don't disappoint me."
"Damn you, you arrogant brat! I'll kill you!" Ghost Shark roared furiously.
The two collided. After just three exchanges, Ghost Shark could barely hold his ground and was forced backward. His arms trembled slightly with every clash.
"What's wrong, Ghost Shark? Is that all you've got? I'm really disappointed."
Yun Feng punched Ghost Shark flying, then charged after him and landed another blow. Blood sprayed from Ghost Shark's mouth as he crashed into the mountainside, sending stones flying.
Axin said, "He's so strong! King of the Demon Realm Ghost Shark looks like a child in Yun Feng's hands. He can't fight back at all."
White energy flashed in Yun Feng's hand. One blast after another slammed into Ghost Shark, accompanied by terrifying explosions.
Rumble...
"Kamehameha!"
He followed up with a Kamehameha. A massive crater appeared below, and Ghost Shark lay at the bottom, unmistakably dead.
"This is terrifying. Is this Yun Feng's true strength? He's frightening. I'd better avoid provoking him from now on," Vegeta muttered.
"Master's relentless attacks are incredible. I don't think I could do the same. I thought I was slowly catching up to him, but I still have a long way to go. I'll have to train hard when I get back."
Axin, Kibito, Piccolo, and the others stared in shock, mouths agape. Together, they managed to utter just two words: "Monster."
