Undying Mountain was a forbidden zone created by Stone Emperor, an emperor-level Holy Spirit. Several ancient Supremes with declining vitality had sealed themselves within, waiting for the path to immortality to open in the Big Dipper Star Domain. Unless faced with a matter of life and death, they would not emerge.

Legend had it that, during that darkest of ages, unruly ancient Supremes emerged from Undying Mountain and wreaked havoc upon the land. Only after the Great Accomplishment Sacred Body and Void Great Emperor had fought with the strength of two lifetimes was the turmoil finally suppressed.

The Great Accomplishment Sacred Body took away part of Undying Mountain as spoils of war, intimidating the world.

At his peak, Void Great Emperor had fought through Undying Mountain without meeting an equal. Even in his later years, when his vitality had waned, he had devised a plan to lure two ancient Supremes into attacking him, grinding them to death by force.

The scene of three Supremes facing off still drifted above the Big Dipper Star Domain to this day.

After being targeted in succession by several Human Great Emperors, Undying Mountain's standing among the seven forbidden zones of the Eastern Wasteland had steadily fallen, and the number of ancient Supremes hidden within had also sharply declined.

With Old Madman, a Great Sage, leading the way, the two quickly arrived at the outskirts of Undying Mountain.
