Though he could not identify its race, Sui Xiong instantly judged its strength. It was fairly powerful. In the Abyss, it should have been around the middle stage of Legendary rank, enough to qualify as some minor lord or other. Even after entering a plane hostile to it and suffering suppression, it still retained the strength of someone who had just stepped into the Legendary realm.
If a demon of this caliber were summoned into a densely populated city, it would often spell a massive disaster. If only a hundred or so people died before it was dealt with, that would count as Heaven's blessing. With one misstep, the entire city could very well become a city of the dead.
Demons were strange and bizarre creatures. Even with their strength heavily suppressed, their utterly chaotic essence remained. Merely approaching one—or even just seeing one—could trigger the chaos in human hearts. Simply put, they could easily drive people mad.
In gaming terms, it could probably be put like this: because its chaotic essence was too powerful, anyone who came into contact with, approached, or even saw a demon had to undergo a Will save. If they failed, they would fall into a frenzy.
