"Or, to put it more plainly, we have come to beg for rescue." The elven envoy was an elder—the very one who had helped the Pasteur Family clear its name. Because he had a good relationship with the God of Medicine, when the elves faced this enormous crisis, he volunteered to serve as their envoy.
Likewise, the dwarf and orc envoys both had good relations with either the Void Pantheon or the Northwest Republic.
The dwarven envoy was none other than the Rune God, and His deputy was Dudu Hill, son of the current Dwarf King.
