An Explanation

The author has seen many readers saying the protagonist should not join Shrek Academy, so I'm opening a separate chapter here to explain.

Those who have read the author's previous books know that, whether they flopped, ended poorly, or are about to conclude normally, they were basically all anti-Shrek. There is no need to dwell on the bigger picture. The author has reasons for writing the protagonist into Shrek Academy, so everyone can just keep reading normally.

At the same time, the author writes with an outline. At this point in the story, this is simply what the outline calls for!

How could the author possibly overturn the entire outline for everything that follows and rewrite it just because some people do not want to read it?

Besides, when shaping a character, even in a simple web novel, there has to be some twists and changes, right?

Everyone is standing from God's Eye View and knows how things will develop until the ending, so you say what the protagonist should or should not do. How could that be possible? Wouldn't that go even more against the character's established personality?

And as for those saying the story is sucking up to Tang Wulin, I beg you to carefully read the chapter content. Where did the author write even a single instance of sucking up to Tang Wulin?

Whether in the original work or in other fanfiction, no author has ever dared to deny Tang Wulin's seriousness and hard work in the early stages. If speaking the truth counts as sucking up, then the author can only say there is something wrong with your thinking. Go read those screen-projection stories or studio-produced stories instead.
